- Our list of problems included them shipping us a broken monitor, an
- apparently used CD Rom drive with a CD still in it, missing cords and
- cables, an outdated beta version of Windows NT that caused the system to
- crash every few minutes, and *no* manuals. (We were told that they
- constituted confidential information about the construction of the system.
- They did finally send 'em after we raised a stink).

- Again, none of this should reflect badly on the Shablamm folks. The
- product is good and *their* support has been great.
