  14. Our list of problems included them shipping us a broken monitor, an
  15. apparently used CD Rom drive with a CD still in it, missing cords and
  16. cables, an outdated beta version of Windows NT that caused the system to
  17. crash every few minutes, and *no* manuals.  (We were told that they
  18. constituted confidential information about the construction of the system.
  19. They did finally send 'em after we raised a stink).

  21. Again, none of this should reflect badly on the Shablamm folks.  The
  22. product is good and *their* support has been great.
